Event Details

May is National Pet Month and to get things started, we're inviting your furry friends to showcase their creativity with the Furry Friends Tiny Art Show Contest! Stop in at any PCDL location or the bookmobile to pick up your kit for your furry friend!

  • Kit pickup begins April 15th.
  • All artwork must be returned by April 29th in order to be included in the contest.
  • All artwork will be on display at the New Lexington location in the lobby cases. Voting in person and online through Facebook will begin on May 1st, the first day of National Pet Month.
  • Voting will run through May 25th, with the winner(s) being announced on May 28th. 

All Tiny Artwork will be on display at the New Lexington Library through the end of May and will be available for pickup starting June 1.

Stop in at the New Lexington Library to cast your vote for your favorite art pieces in person or vote for your favorite on our Facebook Page!

A limited number of kits are available at all PCDL locations. Registration is required.

Each kit will include the following:

  • 1 mini canvas (4"x4")
  • 1 instruction card with important information about the Art Show
