Welcome to the BINGOcize® Nutrition Series! In this series, Bingocizers play two 45-60 minute games per week for ten weeks that consist of exercises and questions that center around nutrition education!
BINGOcize® strategically combines the game of bingo, exercise, and health education. Each session consists of exercises (range of motion, balance, muscle strengthening, and endurance exercises) and/or health education questions. Bingocizers rest while numbers are called for the Bingo game and winners receive a prize at the end.
This program is provided and presented by the OSU Extension Office.
Registration is required.
