Gentle Yoga is a chair-based yoga program that can be done sitting on a chair or using the chair for support while standing. Perfect for all ages and any yoga skill sets!

Registration is REQUIRED. Spots are limited.

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO CONSTRUCTION AT THE MAIN LIBRARY, GENTLE YOGA WILL CONTINUE TO BE HELD AT THE PERRY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CHOICES ACTIVITY CENTER, LOCATED AT 212 S MAIN ST.
