Community Makerspace - Mobile Mending Unit

The Community Makerspace is coming to PCDL with a Mobile Mending Program! Through Rural Action’s UpCycle Ohio Program, the library will host a Mobile Mending program and kit that includes a sewing machine and supplies for clothing repair. 

A dedicated Makerspace team member will be on-site at the start of the program to introduce the kit, offer guidance, and answer questions. Afterward, the Mobile Mending Kit will remain available at the library for a full month, giving patrons the opportunity to mend, repair, and extend the life of their clothing on their own. Stop by, learn a new skill, and help reduce waste!
